This is another story that I have written regarding the debate to increase the age at which Manx people can learn to drive. This is a story that I think is very relevant to anyone under the age of 25 as the insurance premiums affect them as well as the bad name that dangerously driving teens give. I think I will make this a front cover story as it affects around half of my target audience.
